Ken continued with the wiring in the kitchen.

Steve Tietz of Benedict & Benedict seems to be the only guy in Pasadena who understands radiant heating systems. Now that the kitchen plumbers had patched the radiant heat pipes that were broken when the floor slab was opened up, we had Steve come out to check the patches, flush the air and dirt out of the pipes, pressure test the system, and get the boiler going for the season. It's nice to have heat again!

Outside, meanwhile, Bob and John wrapped the dining room and kitchen window area with a moisture barrier.
